Products shipment in Greece is made by Speedex Courier. The delivery cost is 2 euros. For purchases beyond 90 euros we provide free shipment. The delivery time varies from 1-5 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Other countries

Worldwide product deliveries (except Greece) are made by DHL courier. The delivery time is estimated from 1-8 working days, depending on the delivery location. The delivery cost is estimated as ordered.
The recipient is exclusively charged in case any fee or tax is issued at the destination country. Our company is not held liable in any case.


  • On dispatching the product you will be sent an email with the shipping data and the relevant tracking number.
  • Vat (24%) is included in the prices.
  • Our products are hand-made. This means that the time of the construction for every jewel varies from 1-7 working days, depending on the work load.

Debit/Credit/Prepaid cards use

On completing your order, your debit/credit card is charged. CEVAHIR Company has taken all the necessary precautions for safe transactions using your card. Every card holder is liable to validity checks. You can proceed to your payment via the following credit, debit and prepaid cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.
Every card transaction is carried through “Eurobank  e-Commerce” platform by Eurobank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSocketsLayer – SSL).
No card data is saved in our webpage during your payment, as the whole procedure takes place in the bank environment.


You can pay with PayPal. Your purchase will be charged to your account that you will fill out. If you use PayPal, you consent in your data use by PayPal according to the PayPal privacy policy.

Cash on delivery (COD) – Greece only

Payment on receiving your products. The customer is charged with 2,50 euros (VAT included)

returning policy
& refunds

In case you wish so, you can return your products in 14 days upon the day you will receive your order.

The product should be in perfect condition, in its package with the special signs (tags), the order receipt. We should also be notified prior to the returning.

Products that have been made after special order, do not exist in the catalogue or have been altered cannot be returned.

IN CASE OF RETURNING you can exchange the item with the same or other product or you can ask for a money refund.

All refunds are cleared after we receive the product and is verified its condition.

The customer is charged with the shipment returning cost, unless the product is faulty or you have not received the exact product you have ordered.

A product is considered faulty if it is damaged upon delivery. Damages during the delivery time do not render the product faulty.


You can cancel an order in 24 hours since it has been placed, receiving the total amount that you have been charged with in case you have already paid. Beyond this time the order cannot be cancelled.
